"Recently I had the need of your services as a water supply line came uncoupled and tried to turn my kitchen and utility room into a swimming pool."
My insurance adjuster referred you to me, in fact he contacted you and told me you would be contacting me soon. In less than an hour you called me and said that you would call back in an hour letting me know when you could have someone out to evaluate the situation. In less than an hour you called me and said that a person would be at my place at 3:00 P.M. At 3:05 P.M. he was at my front door.
The technician took a quick assessment of the situation and went to work, working non-stop until 7:15 P.M., tearing out flooring and putting drying equipment to work and always telling an old man what he was doing and why.
I am the type of person with the attitude “if you want it done right, do it yourself” but the years have taken away that ability for me.
I was very impressed with this young man and the way he went after the job at hand. This young man is a very top asset for your company.

When our bathroom plumbing exploded, SERVPRO was recommended by our insurance person. This was our first venture into restoration and we were EXTREMELY happy with the service we received. They were friendly, timely, fast, skilled, and communicative. They made a negative initial problem as positive of an experience as we could have received.
