            My insurance adjuster referred you to me, in fact he contacted you and told me you would be contacting me soon. In less than an hour you called me and said that you would call back in an hour letting me know when you could have someone out to evaluate the situation. In less than an hour you called me and said that a person would be at my place at 3:00 P.M. At 3:05 P.M. he was at my front door.

            The technician took a quick assessment of the situation and went to work, working non-stop until 7:15 P.M., tearing out flooring and putting drying equipment to work and always telling an old man what he was doing and why.

            I am the type of person with the attitude “if you want it done right, do it yourself” but the years have taken away that ability for me.

            I was very impressed with this young man and the way he went after the job at hand. This young man is a very top asset for your company.

We have been using SERVPRO to clean our carpets for about 6 years now. One time we decided to try a competitor because they were really busy and quickly realized that was a mistake. We ended up paying three times the amount for half the service and it took three weeks for us to get our couch back (my wife was devastated).

My husband & I have used SERVPRO of Salem West many times for several different reasons. I can't say enough about the service & care this whole team has.
