Removal of the damaged materials is necessary prior to detailed cleaning. Our technicians removed the affected sheet rock, insulation and flooring in the source room. These materials contain high levels of soot, creating the lingering odor from a fire. There are many avenues that are required in order to have the structure back to preloss condition and ready for a rebuild. Once the drying and cleaning of surfaces left in the home were completed, we brought in a thermal fogger and an ozone machine. The two machines are used to neutralize odors throughout the property.
