Water damages can happen anywhere and at anytime. Some areas that have a high probability of water damage are located in the main shut-off location.

Due to its use and the amount of plumbing in the shut-off room, chances happen over time, thus causing a leak. But sometimes that's not the source of the leak.

Luckily this Independence, Oregon water shut-off was located below ground and housed in a concrete room. The concrete walls stopped water from entering other parts of the property. 

You could say this room acted like an indoor swimming pool. 

Extraction and sanitizing was all that was needed.
