Water Damage Inside A Commercial Structure.

Water Damage in a hotel can be costly if the clean up is delayed.

This hotel suffered an accidental water damage when an HVAC technician stepped through the ceiling tile and onto the sprinkler head. 

With water pouring from the fourth floor down to the first floor for 30 minutes, the hotel took on enough water to affect half of the building.

While the other half of the hotel was still dry, the elevator shaft became a catch basin which incapacitated the elevator. With no other working elevators, the hotel had to close for clean up and repairs.

SERVPRO of Salem West was called in to extract water, dry and clean all of the affected areas. With the ability to be on scene the same night of the loss, we were able to dry the building in place with minimal repair requirements.
