Commercial Water Loss - Salem, Oregon

A water line burst in the attic that affected two floors.

SERVPRO of Salem West provided stabilization, extraction and interior demo of affected areas.

Prior to any demolition work, the building materials needed to be tested for asbestos and lead.

All tests came back negative and work commenced.

SERVPRO of Salem West brought in a truck mount dehumidifier, diesel generators, portable air movers and extractors.

Once demolition was completed we performed sanitation as needed.

Another key to the success of this project was daily contact with our internal team, building owner and insurance carrier.

The end result was a successful project.
